Sculptural Walls – Art & Function

Philosphy

A simple wall whilst providing a function as  defining a border, and protecting a property from the elements also has a form. This form often is the starting point of a property or space. It is also an opportunity to enhance the visual aesthetic and begin a dialogue with viewer.

Our walls combine art and function. Each wall has a different footprint and conversation. When being  designed factors such as location, the property and road it is living with, as well as space. The execution and attention to detail and excellence is absolute in the walls we design and build.

Leaks from Bathrooms

Another common leak is from the bathroom. Most leaks in this case are from the sealant around the bath and taps or the tiles have cracks in the pointing or have become loose from the wall. A good way to check if your tiles have ‘blown’ is to tap on them to see if they make a hollow sound, if it is solid they are fine.

Water leaking through your ceiling?

The most likely cause is a problem with your gutters. Most causes of water ingress are from believe it or not blocked or leaking gutters. After the Autumn leaves have fallen your  gutter needs to be cleared. If left they will cause water to spill over and into the external wall and through the brickwork and cause  damage to both the inside and outside walls. Always clear your gutters in November.
